KSTP 2006 Design Home (The Territory in Credit River)

Tenet Painting was chosen to complete all aspects of painting and wood finishing for this high-profile new home built by A. Maas Construction. Each phase of the construction process was documented and advertised on the KSTP television station and website. Upon completion in June 2006, the home was open to the public for viewing. Tickets to see the home were $10 and all proceeds from the event were donated to the American Cancer Society. This home had over 5000sq’ finished and was priced between $1,400,000 – 1,500,000. The home has since sold and is no longer available for viewing.

Painting Features & Highlights

• Knotty alder woodwork finished with a dark stain and satin conversion lacquer
• Up to 10 different wall and ceiling colors.
• Antiqued center island featuring a two color rub-through process and an accent glaze.
• Enameled woodwork in dining room and laundry room.
• Wood beam ceiling in master bedroom (pre-finished at our shop).
• Painted hardi-plank siding and wood soffits.
• Semi-transparent stain on all rough sawn cedar accents and columns.
• Stained front door finished with a spar-urethane.
