We do all types of wallpaper removal. Pre-pasted, paperback wallpaper is the most difficult
to remove and vinyl wallpaper is the easiest to remove. It is very difficult to estimate the
cost of wallpaper removal because we do not know how the wall was prepared prior to wallpaper
installation and we cannot foresee how much damage will be done to the drywall beneath the
wallpaper. Often times it takes longer to repair the walls than it does to remove the wallpaper.
In most cases, the walls will have to be treated with an oil base primer or a drywall conditioner
prior to painting. Our estimators can give you a high – low range of the actual cost and then
we will just bill you for the time that it takes.
